LGV olive oil is produced from the finest groves in the Peloponnese region of Greece. Blessed by ideal conditions from temperature, to soil, to thousands of years of tradition, and bathed in the light of Greece.

Olives are harvested late October to early January. LGV selects all premium oil blends from the early harvest. For premium blends, olives are harvested by hand and pressing is supervised by LGV staff. Temperatures are cold and preserve the freshness of the olives which are pressed the same day within hours of harvesting.

Oil is extracted by state of the art mechanical means only at cold temperatures between 19 and 24 degrees Celsius and retains the absolute freshness and complicated taste profile of the green early harvest olives.

LGV oil is stored in climate controlled stainless steel tanks shielded from heat and oxygen. LGV premium blends are not bottled until shipped to preserve the freshest possible taste.

LGV premium olive oils are found across the French Riviera in fine restaurants, gourmet food boutiques, organic shops and on the yachts of the Mediterranean. You will find out bottles gracing the tables of restaurants and boutiques from Monaco, Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cange-sur-Mer, Mouans Sartoux, Grasse to Nice.
